Caldies Car Boot Sale is organised and run entirely by volunteers from the Friends of Calderstones Parent Teachers and Friends Association (Caldies PTA), a registered charity (number 1208417). Staffed exclusively by current parents, staff and student volunteers, every penny raised from entrance and pitch fees goes directly towards enriching the education of all 1,600+ students at Calderstones School - making it a car boot with a genuinely good cause behind it.

The event is held in the open air at Calderstones School on Harthill Road, with food and beverages available on site and indoor toilet facilities in the Morrison Wing building. Dogs on leads are welcome throughout. Please note this is a completely open-air event with no covered shelter available, so dress for the weather. For your own security, keep valuables and mobile phones on your person at all times. Please also note that £50 notes are not accepted on site, and no smoking or vaping is permitted.
