The Burscough Giant Boot Sale is one of the most well-established car boot sales in the North West, running every Sunday from March to October at The Showground in Burscough, near Ormskirk. Gates open from 6am for buyers, with sellers welcome from 5am, and the sale runs through until 1pm - giving plenty of time to browse hundreds of stalls or set up and sell.

On-site parking, catering, refreshments and toilet facilities are all available on the day. Entry fees for those walking in are collected by the Ormskirk Clocktower Rotary Club, with all proceeds going towards charitable giving in the local community - so your visit helps a good cause too. Please note that dogs are not permitted on site.
